My friend Inish is chatoholic and cannot live without Yahoo messenger. He has multiple ids for different sets of friends. Few days back I saw him he was logged into 3 instance of Yahoo Messenger. I was amazed that how is this possible and then he explained me a neat hack to achieve this. The steps are as follows
- Close Yahoo Messenger.
- Click on Start> Run> type "regedit" without quotes.> Press enter.
- Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_ USER> Software>Yahoo>pager>Test
- On the right pane , right-click and choose new Dword value. Rename it to Plural.
- Double click on Plural and type 1 inside 'Select the Value data' and press enter.
- Close the registery editor.
Now you can launch multiple instances of Yahoo Messenger. Enjoy Chatting..
