MS Outlook is great tool to organize the workload.Few days back I was putting the yellow paper sticky note to my monitor to remind me one important task. I confess I am big forgetful and depend too much on sticky notes.MS Outlook has post it notes features however, most of the time we check the mails and the post it notes view is not visible. And what I need this kind of notes to be available on my face.
In order to put Outlook notes on your desktop, simply drag the note to your desktop and lo the note is available on your desktop. This puts a copy of the Note on the desktop and leaves the original in Outlook. The Note on the desktop can then be opened by double clicking on; it can also be updated/edited, which does not change the original Note in Outlook. In fact, the original can deleted from Outlook but the Note on the desktop will remain there.
And if you are looking for a bit more than this then there are numerous software available, some of them are free and some are not. You may check this at:
