Lookout the light weight Outlook search engine (add in)

We have discussed about some outlook plugins which we use to search mails in Outlook. The fantastic Xobni (I use it in my Office) and Google Desktop as well. However, Lookout is blazing fast and index mails, attachments, news feed, appointments extra from your multiple PSTs. I indexed my PSTs whose size is in GIGs, Lookout indexed it pretty fast and after indexing searching your mails, attachments is amazing.

Installing Lookout for Outlook 2003 is like a breeze and using some tweaks it can be installed for Outlook 2007 as well.Original author of Lookout, Mike Belshe, had just posted instructions for getting Lookout to work on Outlook 2007
I use to follow clean inbox policy and use to move mails based on their content to different folders. But believe me sometime it is very difficult to find mails and this is where Outlook search plugins helps. I am pretty satisfied with the performance of Lookout and suggest you to give it a try.

Sorry for the delay folks

Jan 18th was worst day of my life when my wife was hospitalized under extreme condition. Thanks god her life was saved on time. She remained in ICU till Jan 24th and finally discharged on Jan 27th, two days before our anniversary. She is recuperating and emotionally devastated. I will like thank all my friends and doctors for their help and support. And I also thank to all my readers who remained with me in such a tough time.

Its been years that Portable Document Format (PDF) files have been with computer industry. You can download the converted file at the same time. Also, the converted file is zipped and emailed to you as well. For general user there is a gap of 30 minutes to go for next conversion. And at this point, I prefer to have a dedicated software for this installed in my system. The good feature I liked is exporting date from PDF to MS Excel.
