Worldspace Radio went bust and that forced me to look for some sorts of alternatives. TubeRadio.fm is one service you must like. It is like hybrid of iTunes, YouTube and Spotify. Think this like iTunes interface with massive YouTube video library. Search for your favorite song or artist and you will get complete list of the songs available in YouTube, create playlist of your favorite songs and you may even share the playlist as well.
Other than this there are some good extras as well like song lyrics, discographies and chart of the most popular videos. I bet you will definitely find it a great resource of free music.
